3. We can undertake your survey /questionnaires for you. This will be done professionally and our clients range from SME’s to multinational companies.

4. A 360 degree management evaluation which gives the individual leader a personal instrument for development. It meets the requirements for appraisals interviews and/or as one of several elements when determination of salaries. The 360 degree evaluation questions 10 – 15 people about the manager. They will cover 11 competences which each have 5 measuring points. A report of 25-30 pages will be produced.
