Afternoon all,

A really enjoyable meeting this morning although the numbers do look a little low. Can we get our thinking caps on and try and get the number of referrals back up next week.

Also a very enjoyable and creative 10 mins presentation from Hiten from Revolution Creative Agency – I thought the sing up program was particularly fantastic (I wonder who printed that?).

Referrals – 13, Recommendations – 9, Leads – 14, Tips – 2

Thanks to Liz Sorton for her feedback regarding getting business from not only Kirsty’s referral but also from a referral that Liz received from that referral (a referral’s referral). This proves it’s not always be about quantity it’s quality too.

If anyone else has any other examples then if you can see me next week we can agree to feedback to the group (although we need to be careful about keeping the time down).
